Committees of the Judicial Council established by the protocol resolution of the Judicial Council on 28^th of January 2011:

Budget and Investment Committee: express the opinion of the committee in the Judicial Council on the investment projects and conclusions on budgetary issues of working groups. Put forward proposals on the projects considered by the Judicial Council related to the budgets and investments of courts, also on changes or amendments of these projects.

Committee of Evaluation of Drafts of Legal Acts: express the opinion of the committee in the Judicial Council on draft legal acts prepared and presented to the Judicial Council for the approval, approbation and adjustment by the National Courts Administration, working groups, training center and other institutions. Put forward proposals on changes or amendments of these drafts.

Court Administration Committee: express the opinion of the committee in the Judicial Council on all the issues considered by the Judicial Council and related to the administration of courts (assistants of judges, the workload of courts, personnel, security of courts, economic matters and other issues). Present proposals concerning the solution of these issues.
