Kęstutis Vaškevičius was born on 9 January 1974.

Education         

In 2002 graduated from Vilnius University International Business School, a professional qualification of manager (a Special Professional Studies in Business and Management studies field of International Business studies diploma program (equivalent to Bachelor's degree))            
In 1997 graduated from Vilnius University, Faculty of Law, with a lawyer’s diploma (equivalent to Master's degree)
